Tanya Robbins
SVP, Revenue Cycle Operations
Tanya Robbins serves as Senior Vice President of Revenue Cycle at Ensemble Health Partners. In her role, Tanya provides greater visibility into operational risks such as system dependencies, process and technology gaps and training opportunities. Based on the opportunities identified, she works to remediate and monitor those operational risks with operational program management, standardization of data reporting, process optimization within the revenue cycle and automation and enhancement opportunities.
Tanya supports the centralized operational areas to create positive change for current and future clients of Ensemble. She has over 25 years of revenue cycle experience. Her areas of expertise include all operational areas within the revenue cycle, both acute and physician.
Prior to her current role at Ensemble, Tanya served as Vice President of Revenue Cycle Management overseeing Centralized Operations in North Carolina. She managed the client relationship and quality outcomes for all revenue cycle service lines. Under her leadership, new teams have been established, employee satisfaction scores improved, and clients met/exceeded KPI/SLA performance expectations. She also has historically worked closely with denial reduction opportunities to improve operational efficiencies and optimal revenue performance.
Tanya received her Associate’s Degree in Business with a minor in Computer Science and her Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Walsh College. She later earned her Master’s Degree in Management from Baker College.
