Robbie Ratcliff

As a graduate of Marshall University with a Bachelors in Business Administration concentrated in Healthcare Management, Robbie has managed healthcare revenue cycle operations for more than 21 years. In his career, Robbie has held leadership positions within facilities and corporate offices, but has focused his expertise in senior management of multi-facility Service Centers in large healthcare organizations. Prior to joining Ensemble Health Partners, Robbie oversaw the growth of a 70 FTE, 17 hospital service center to a 365 FTE, 30 hospital services center; managing approximately $2 billion in Net Revenue, while maintaining a cost to collect well below industry standards of 3%. He has also led conversions of patient accounting systems in multiple hospitals for large healthcare organizations. Robbie’s history of excellent results within revenue cycle is attributable to his known strengths of process improvement, achievement of strong team work within service center environments, as well as his understanding of the operations from the perspective of key hospital leadership. Within Ensemble Health Partners, Robbie will leverage his experience and best practice development strategy to achieve the maximum results for our clients.
