Nick Pace
EVP, General Counsel
Nick Pace is the Executive Vice President, General Counsel + Secretary at Ensemble Health Partners. In his role, Nick is responsible for all legal affairs of the organization. Nick is an accomplished executive with over 25 years of experience providing legal and strategic advice to boards of directors and executive management teams.
Before joining Ensemble, Nick served for over seven years as the Executive Vice President, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary of Owens & Minor, Inc. (NYSE: OMI), a $10 billion dollar revenue global healthcare company with over 20,000 employees operating in 90 countries, where he was responsible for multiple corporate functions including Legal, Compliance, QARA, Government Relations and ESG. Earlier in his career, Nick held EVP, General Counsel positions at multiple healthcare companies, including, Landmark Health and Amerigroup Corporation (NYSE: AGP until its sale to Anthem).
Nick attended Miami University where he received his bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance and later earned his MBA and JD from the University of Richmond. On a personal level, Nick enjoys spending time with family, cooking and traveling.
