In his role at Ensemble, Andrew optimizes our partnership with Epic and works directly with operations teams responsible for executing technology initiatives.
Andrew is a seasoned executive revenue cycle leader recently serving as an Expert Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company in their Revenue Excellence Practice. In this role, he worked directly with providers and healthcare technology and services companies to transform areas related to financial and strategic growth.
Prior to McKinsey, Andrew held a position with Stanford Children’s Health where he built a revenue cycle team for a newly formed community physician network resulting in a 400% network growth, and served as the financial leader in forming the digital health program. During his tenure, Andrew worked to establish several new clinical services.
Earlier in his revenue cycle operations career, Andrew specialized in consulting with providers while working at Ernst & Young and Triage Consulting Group.
On a personal note, Andrew lives in Durham, NC with his wife and three kids. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with family, a range of outdoor activities, coaching youth sports and cooking.
