Andrew Bess, Chief Client Officer at Ensemble Health Partners, has vast experience in leading high-growth healthcare organizations with an outstanding record of success in transforming and scaling businesses through his involvement in operations, revenue cycle management, business development, and strategic growth. His experience and approach focus on growing through innovation while providing best-in-class client experience, expanding patient advocacy, and emphasizing the importance of using innovation to push healthcare forward.
Prior to joining Ensemble, Andrew served as a member of the board and Chief Executive Officer at Angel MedFlight. During his tenure, he helped grow Angel MedFlight and its acquired brands to become the largest fixed-wing medical transportation company in the Americas. Before Angel MedFlight, Andrew worked across the country in the hospital consulting space and physician practice plan’s specializing in revenue cycle and healthcare operations management.
Andrew received his undergraduate degree at the University of Arizona and his MBA from the University of Arizona’s Eller College of Management.
He is a past winner of the Transformational Leadership of the Year Award at the Governor’s Celebration of Innovation with the Arizona Technology Council and Arizona Commerce Authority. His leadership has been recognized by the Department of Defense ESGR Patriot program and his success in business has been recognized through the Young Professional Achievement Award through the University of Arizona Alumni Association. Under his leadership, his prior companies’ innovation and technology were spotlighted by Verizon Wireless, VMWare, Salesforce, and many Fortune 500 organizations.
