1. INITIAL ENGAGEMENT
When you are considering a revenue cycle assessment, our team will work hand-in-hand with you to create a statement of work and ensure contract approval and execution. Up next is delivery of the due diligence package and scheduling of kick-off call.
2. PROJECT LAUNCH.
During the initial kick-off call, we’ll introduce your personal assessment team and explain all the various roles and responsibilities. During the call, we’ll discuss the outline of the assessment project scope and review diligence materials and delivery dates.
3. PRE-VISIT ANALYTICS.
At this stage, clients deliver due diligence materials and a tailored analytics reporting package is formed, with key focus areas identified.
4. ASSESSMENT.
A full-spectrum on-site revenue cycle assessment will be conducted at your facility, which will include workflow and process observations, stakeholder interviews, systems and configuration audits and more.
5. POST ASSESSMENT.
After the on-site assessment, a formal assessment report is compiled and assembled. Your customized report will include: an executive summary, a financial opportunity analysis, KPI comparisons to best practice, standard exhibits, an action plan with prioritization, and more.
6. FINAL DELIVERY.
Last but not least, a formal assessment is finalized and delivered to you. An on-site presentation of Ensemble’s findings and a recommended action plan tailored to your revenue cycle is presented.
