Janel Harmon
SVP, Client Delivery
Janel Harmon serves as Senior Vice President of Client Delivery leading Ensemble’s enterprise-wide delivery model across all markets for both our acute and physician clients. In Janel’s role, she drives client engagement, revenue cycle performance management, site-specific strategic planning, and best practice integration across revenue cycle functions for our health systems and healthcare partners.
Janel brings over 25 years of healthcare industry experience and has a deep understanding of the revenue cycle dating back to her first role in registration at a large health system in Metro Detroit. Over her career, Janel has held multiple revenue cycle leadership roles at large health systems, medical groups and revenue cycle specialty companies throughout the country. As a founding member of a healthcare consulting firm, Janel’s experience spans across the continuum of the revenue cycle. Janel’s leadership and down-to-earth approach have been recognized through participation in various vectors like COO Counsels and Culture Champion awards.
Prior to joining Ensemble, Janel was the Vice President of Client Experience for a national healthcare provider where she was responsible for integrating client delivery divisions onto a single client delivery platform. Throughout her career, she’s driven excellence through standard operating procedures focusing on client services operations while delivering industry-leading client experience.
On a personal level, Janel lives in Michigan with her husband and enjoys reading, being on the lake and spending time with her adult children and grandson. Janel has a bachelor’s degree from Wayne State University and an MBA in healthcare administration.
