Ryan Brown
SVP, Human Resources
Ryan Brown is the SVP of Human Resources at Ensemble Health Partners. In this role, he leads the talent function that is comprised of the human resources generalist, talent acquisition, organizational effectiveness and learning and leadership teams at Ensemble. He is a transformational leader with broad human resources domain expertise in talent management, human resources generalist business support, organizational design and development, culture and inclusion and talent acquisition.
Ryan has a proven track record of developing and implementing a strategic framework for human resources and aligning people and processes to achieve the business strategy and goals. He has a history of successfully leading M+A integration both operationally and culturally and leading organizations through growth and transformation. He has held key leadership roles throughout his career, directly supporting business leaders and associates in achieving optimal performance through strategic development programs, engagement initiatives to reduce attrition and high-growth transformation.
His diverse industry background includes supporting associate populations that range from 7,000 – 65,000 associates in a wide range of business segments including Finance (Capital One), Technology (Altice), Retail (Nordstrom + Bed Bath & Beyond) and Healthcare (Ensemble Health Partners).
Ryan earned his bachelor’s degree from Texas Tech University and a master’s degree from the University of Texas. He also recently completed a Human Resources Management program at Cornell University. Ryan calls the New York City metroplex his office space and rural Pennsylvania home. In his spare time, Ryan supports his community through historical preservation and restoration in addition to serving as a mentor to emerging leaders.
