Judson Ivy is the Founder, President and CEO of Ensemble Health Partners. Judson is a transformative leader who encourages innovation and inspires change to eliminate barriers, reduce friction and streamline processes to positively impact health systems, patients and communities across the country. His passion for improving healthcare and beliefs in loving what you do, providing excellent service and putting people first, last and always are at the core of Ensemble’s mission.
After spending 15 years as a revenue cycle executive in large public hospital corporations, Judson had a vision to help providers reduce administrative burden so they could focus on providing exceptional care to their patients and communities. Judson founded Ensemble as a small consultancy in 2014 from the laundry room of his home. Ensemble has since grown exponentially and is now the market leader in end-to-end revenue cycle outsourcing for mid-sized to large healthcare organizations and has been recognized with multiple industry awards, including Best in KLAS in revenue cycle outsourcing four times.
Under Judson’s leadership, Ensemble has heavily invested in technology to drive frictionless revenue cycle management for healthcare providers and has been awarded ten U.S. patents for its advanced analytics, machine learning and workflow technology. The company now has more than 10,000 talented associates dedicated to Ensemble’s mission and has been recognized by multiple organizations for its commitment to associate engagement and innovation. Ensemble remains dedicated to client and associate satisfaction and rapid, innovative transformation so healthcare providers can elevate the quality of every patient interaction and maximize the value of every operational transaction.
Judson has extensive operational experience in helping providers maximize their revenue cycle operations in addition to his ability to drive innovation within revenue cycle. He is a member of HFMA and ACHE and has served as a thought leader in podcasts, panels and articles for American Hospital Association, HFMA, Becker’s Hospital Review and McGuire Woods, among other publications. He currently serves as a Venture Partner for Caduceus Capital Partners.
Judson received his BA from Drexel University. He lives in Naples, Florida where he enjoys spending time with his family and pets, traveling and giving back to the community.
