Dan Melillo designs and builds digital health solutions that unlock innovation and drive consumer engagement, connectivity and productivity for Ensemble clients. In addition to chief digital officer, Dan continues to set global vision and strategy as managing CEO of Odeza following Ensemble’s June 2021 acquisition of the integrated patient communications tech company he founded in 2018.
From concept to launch and market performance to product evolution, he is responsible for bringing great ideas to life. Dan infuses a unique blend of strategic and commercial instincts, leadership skills, tech prowess and a pure passion for possibilities into the strategies he develops for Ensemble’s evolving product ecosystem. He and his team partner with clients and prospects to support them in addressing barriers and identifying their digital health technology needs. Through a highly consultative and collaborative approach, he builds and delivers on customized value-added partnerships.
His experience in healthcare technology spans more than 15 years and includes past roles at R1 RCM, MethodCare (now part of Waystar) and GE Healthcare.
Dan earned his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Business Administration from Elizabethtown College.
