Ensemble Health Partners announced today that it has been recognized by the Lake Norman Chamber of Commerce Diversity Council as the 2017 Corporate Diversity Champion.
Ensemble was recognized at a sold out luncheon held at River Run Country Club in Davidson. Leah Curry, VP, Human Resources, accepted the award on behalf of Ensemble for the company’s work as champions of diversity and inclusiveness, as well as the organization’s commitment to charity.
Ensemble Health Partners’ approach to hiring is to attract, retain and develop professionals that are reflective of the communities in which we live and work, regardless of their race, ethnicity, gender, age or sexual orientation.
This kind of approach to hiring – simply hiring the brightest minds in the business – helps us to consistently deliver exceptional results to our clients. Ensemble’s people, and giving back to the community are two of the core principles the company was founded upon. We are honored to have been recognized for both.
Ensemble has continued to build upon a solid foundation of diversity and inclusiveness. The company was selected as a runner-up in the 2016 Corporate Diversity Champion program.
By leveraging the power of diversity, Ensemble provides associates from all walks of life the opportunity to provide a unique vantage point stemming from their background and experience, that leads to better results across the workplace.
We look forward to continuing our commitment to diversity and inclusiveness as our company continues to grow and expand both locally in North Carolina, and across the country.
