Sarah Armstrong brings more than 15 years of experience to Ensemble Health Partners, having served in many operational leadership roles in revenue cycle. She joined the Ensemble team in 2016, providing a great wealth of revenue cycle knowledge to help drive results. In 2018, Sarah helped improve gross revenue for Ensemble’s clients by over $14M. She holds two Epic certifications, in the last two years, she has assisted in the completion of 11 Epic conversions for one of Ensemble’s clients, exceeding all performance metrics and improving the client’s Epic Gold Stars from 4 to 8.
Prior to joining Ensemble, Sarah was the Vice President of Revenue Cycle for TriHealth, a five hospital not-for-profit health system in Cincinnati, OH. At Tri-Health, she led teams that centralized and standardized the physician revenue cycle for over 800 providers, resulting in a 30% increase in collections. She also led the efforts to create a strategic denials unit and denial prevention program that reduced initial denials by 40% and improved cash as a percent of net revenue by 8%. Sarah has also served as project manager for a big-bang Epic installation and was the operational leader in eight physician and eight acute separate go-lives.
