Ensemble Health Partners has been named the top ranked Revenue Cycle Management Outsourcing Solution for community hospitals and academic medical centers in the 2021 Black Book Client Survey. The 2021 survey is the result of responses by 1,302 hospital executives, financial system users and business office leaders from 486 inpatient organizations.  

According to the survey, in the post-pandemic recovery, over 90 percent of those surveyed valued trust, accountability, transparency and ethics as the most essential standards in software and managed service relationships.   

This is the second consecutive year that Ensemble has been top-rated in client experience and satisfaction in the Black Book annual survey.
