Fast-Growing Cincinnati Firm Launches Zany Marketing Campaign

Ensemble Health Partners, which specializes in the management and collection of patient service revenue for Mercy Health-Cincinnati and other hospital systems nationwide, has launched a humorous marketing campaign, Revenue Cycle Fitness. “We’re trying to bring some personality into a space that’s kind of dry but very important,” said Colt Briner, 42, who recently was hired as chief marketing officer and is based at Ensemble’s regional headquarters in Warren County’s Deerfield Township. “We’re just having some fun here. … No idea is too crazy.” One commercial features Briner with a faux British accent describing services Ensemble provides. The ad resembles one for the Peloton cycle that’s popular with fitness buffs who participate in spinning classes from home via live streaming. In Ensemble’s zany version, a stationary bike bears the Ensemble Health Partners logo. Music throbs as a class instructor screams out encouragement related to revenue cycling. The video closes with the Ensemble cycle spinning by itself while the customer enjoys a glass of wine.
