Ensemble Health Partners is pleased to welcome Shannon White as Senior Vice President, Revenue Cycle. Shannon is a senior revenue cycle operations executive with a proven history of leading successful teams to implement financial systems and strategies that improve financial performance.

Prior to joining Ensemble, Shannon served as vice president of the Shared Services Center for Fort Smith, LLC, a subsidiary of Community Health Systems. She oversaw the growth of the Shared Service Center from a standalone business office to 53 facilities operating in nine states.

Working with the governor of Arkansas, she negotiated $22 million in rebate programs and economic development incentives for the organization. Under her leadership, her team grew to more than 700 team members. Within Fort Smith, this growth was a tremendous accomplishment and reflective of her organization becoming the employer of choice. Through various cost savings initiatives and efficiency, she improved cost to collect, year over year. She also maintained a cash collection to net revenue percentage of 103% or above annually and led a reduction of net AR days to 53.
