Ensemble has partnered with HFMA to bring HFMA’s national Women’s Leadership Conference – HERe – to Ensemble. The HERe initiative is an effort that aims to inspire not only women but men invested in the professional development of women leaders in the health care field with the tools and resources they need to succeed.  

Throughout this event, conference attendees learned about career development, skill building and the unique challenges facing women healthcare leaders in balancing their personal and professional lives. This is a pilot program made possible through Ensemble’s partnership with HFMA – and the first time that HFMA has offering this career development program directly to employers.
